**Seeking Rural House/Farmhouse for Short Film Production - October 11**
We are a small, professional film crew seeking to rent a rural house or farmhouse in the Virginia area for a 2-day shoot on October 4-5 (flexible on exact dates if needed).
**About the Project:**
- Independent short horror/thriller film
- Small crew of 6-8 people
- Minimal equipment setup
- Primarily interior scenes with some exterior establishing shots
**What We're Looking For:**
- Older farmhouse or rural home with character
- Living room, kitchen, bedroom, and staircase access needed
- Rural/countryside setting preferred
- Purcellville/Loudoun County area ideal but flexible on location
**What We Offer:**
- Fair daily rental rate (negotiable based on location)
- Professional, respectful crew
- Property owner welcome and encouraged to be present during entire shoot
- Will work around your schedule and house rules
- Will leave property in same or better condition
