I am looking for a walk out basement, or master en suite (depending on place), where it is a quiet house. I am 37, I work remote doing virtual doula assistance, as well as online school for a holistic veterinary nutrition certificate. I have 4 quiet, well behaved chihuahuas. One is a certified service animal (for my seizure disorder). I have income verification, a decent credit score, and I do not smoke or drink (or any drug use). (If the house is 420 friendly I am okay with that though). I do not have any children, just my fur babies (who are also friendly with other furbabies and people). Looking for something asap, and can also provide landlord references.
