LEADS GENERATION: You do NOT have to generate leads or do any cold calling. We automatically add leads to your calendar (of which you have a full control). As of now we generate about 2,000,000 in potential sales A MONTHS PER SALES PERSON. Majority of leads are high quality inquiries from the clients who contacted us because of our well knows brand and reputation.
THE ESSENTIAL ROLE: We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong Space planning and construction background. You will start with learning and understanding our sales and construction management technologies. We currently have one sales manager and looking to expand our operations. We provide all the leads
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has been involved with residential remodeling industry for a minimum of 10 years. Has a minimum of 5 years or residential project management experience. Minimum of 1 years of residential home improvement sales experience. Exceptional time management skills and efficiency is a must. YOU MUST BE A TECHY!!! • Perform in-home consultation and provide pricing using our sales tool. To effectively process Basement leads you need to have following skills:
• Convert conversation into the scope and create and sign contracts.
• Phone and email follow ups with everyone you have met
• Travel throughout all parts of Montgomery, Fairfax, PG, Howard, Frederick and Anne Arundel counties
• Submit projects to production department
