Established window film distributing company in Sterling, VA is seeking an energetic candidate to join our team. Candidate will possess office/warehouse assistant Job. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Taking orders over the phone, processing the correct payment and shipping product.
• Tracking inventory and stocking
• Assisting walk-ins with orders and processing payments accordingly
• Creating and tracking progress reports and sales daily.
• Cold calling to new customers A MUST.
• Filing and Organization of invoices as needed
• Filling up the shelves, when the product arrives.
• Shipping and Packaging the Products through UPS
• Must have a very pleasant phone voice.
• Experience in MS Office
• Experience in Quick Books A MUST.
• Experience in UPS Word Ship A MUST.
• Must be able to list at least 70 LBS
