The GEOAxIS system provides Identity, Credential and Access Management for all web applicions. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand, access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritive tributes/roles. Our Mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting those critical mission applicions across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead development and implemention of enterprise architecture stregies, standards, and processes th support IC agency missions and operions.

• Maintain weekly communicion with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs.

• Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by working with multiple stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership for the integrion of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring compibility and interoperability across the enterprise.

• Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documention for system architecture and engineering efforts, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs.

• Facilite communicion and collaborion between customer workgroups and mission partners to align efforts and to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issues.

Basic Qualificions

• STEM Bachelor’s degree plus 12-15years of experience, or Master’s degree plus minimum ten (10) years of experience in system architecture.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Demonstred subject-mter expertise in Zero Trust ICAM solutions design and architecture.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing ICAM RESTful and/or SOAP services.

• Demonstred three (3) years agile methodology for capability integrion and design.

• Demonstred in-depth knowledge of IC ICAM standards as well as IC ICAM roadmap architecture and implemention guidance.

• Must have served on a team th demonstred ability to deliver alpha and beta quality code to the government in time frames less than one month, and production quality code in three-month time frames.

• Experience in server side representional Ste Transfer (REST)ful, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web service development, as well as experience in test-based development, continuous integrion, knowledge of JAVA Services.

• Experience with Client-side user interface development and experience in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). 

• Experience with JavaScript, Ozone Widget Framework, and Microsoft SharePoint 2016 or higher. 

• Local to DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) with ability to be physically present the team’s work locion in Chantilly

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of leading technical teams, conveying technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

• Track record of identifying innovive solutions to drive efficiencies, increase stability, and modernize architectures

• Experience with integring applicions to use Enterprise services

• Demonstred design and familiarity with the operions and sustainment of highly resilient, multi-operions Enterprise class and denied, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth (DDIL) solutions

• Candide must be able to physically be in Chantilly, VA a minimum of 4 days a week to work with the team with occasional meetings in Reston and/or Springfield, VA

• All candides must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position

Preferred Qualificions

• Expertise in software and mission IT systems design, reled architecture(s), and best practices.

• Superior tention to detail & high quality organizional, communicion, and leadership skills.
