This jersey is from the 2016-17 season, which was the second year of Chelsea's partnership with Yokohama Tyres and notably the final season with Adidas as kit manufacturer before Chelsea switched to Nike in 2017-18. This makes it a collector's item as it represents the end of the Adidas era at Chelsea. That season Chelsea were crowned Premier League champions.
