I got this as my achilles tendon was achy and stiff in the morning. I needed something that kept the tendon stretched while I slept at night. By the time I ordered it and it arrived, my pain was nearly gone. This is a brand new splint, never used. Check the size recommendations in the pictures. The one I have is small/medium.
