One side is missing the mounting / adjustment tool but the tool included one the other side can be used for both sides. They are in perfect condition and unused. $175 for the set (One set carries two kayaks - one kayak in the cradle, one strapped to the side) Locks are not included but there is a spot to add them. Straps are not included.

These will work on round bars, aero bars, wingbar evo. From thule "Universal mounting design fits all types of load bars up to 80mm wide"
