I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in an apartment building in Fairfax, VA.
The unit is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with in-unit laundry, gym, parking, pool, and party room.
The lease runs until June 2026, and the landlord will screen and approve all applicants. You would sign paperwork directly with the leasing office and take over the remainder of my lease. No long term commitment beyond June(unless you choose to renew)
Rent is $2,367/month and utilities are not included. This is also a pet friendly apartment ($50/month for pet)
