The service advisor will communicate effectively with the customer starting with the greeting. The service writer will advise the consumer about necessary service for routine maintenance. Help identify a mechanical problem, confer with customer about inspection results and recommend corrective procedures for needed repairs. Explain the work performed and charges to the customer. Handle each customers complaints to ensure above average CSE. scores. Experience is required!
