Job Details:

Heartland Commerce is looking for a Technical Support Advocate to support our Digital Dining products in Falls Church.

The primary focus of the Technical Support department is to provide quality support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, in a timely manner to our authorized Digital Dining Dealers.

Responsibilities:

To provide efficient technical support, you will be required to recognize problems, research, isolate, resolve and respond in a professional manner to each call with accurate and creative solutions to issues.
Though the primary focus must remain on providing software support to Digital Dining Dealers, the department’s duties include but are not limited to, the following:

Log and track calls using SalesForce, and maintain history records and related problem documentation.
Verify the accuracy of documentation.
Test all hardware that is recommended by Digital Dining.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Digital Dining and relevant products in order to provide technical support to other departments.
Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with vendor hardware equipment and software.
Qualifications:

Technical experience required
Customer service or phone support experience required
Familiarity with a variety of technologies including Windows 10, Windows Operating System, Windows Server, networks and domains preferred
POS experience preferred
Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
Microsoft certificate preferred
