We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Junior Support Engineer to work with the following:
- Windows servers
- Exchange email servers
- Windows workstations
- Help-desk technical support
- Firewalls, switches, routers, etc...
- Virtualization and high-availability solutions
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and systems connectivity problems
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Provide remote and onsite support
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
