An international information technology company seeks motivated customer support professionals. We are a 22-year old organization and a leader in our field. We provide software products to non-profit organizations and governments nationwide.
If you have all the following education and skills (experience a plus, but not required) we would like to talk to you:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills
- Prior knowledge about the Head Start program a big plus.
The primary roles of this position are:
- Support clients by phone/email/virtual
- Lead training workshops
- Telecommute is available
- Travel to conferences to present software product
