Hömm Certified Painting Services (Hömm CPS) is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to manage daily job operations, crews, schedules, customer communication, and quality control for residential painting projects.
If you’ve been a painter, crew lead, foreman, or construction supervisor and want the next step in your career — this is it.
What You’ll Do:
-Manage daily schedule & coordinate multiple jobs
-Direct and support painting crews
-Perform site visits & quality checks
-Communicate with customers throughout projects
-Ensure jobs start on time and finish clean
-Handle materials, colors, punch lists, and warranty items
-Train crews and track performance with KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in painting, construction, carpentry, or similar trades
-Strong communication & customer service skills
-Ability to manage people and multiple jobs at once
-Reliable, organized, professional
-Valid driver’s license (Spanish a strong plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
