We are looking for an all around jack of all trades to do some renovation on our home that needs LOTS of updates. You need not be able to complete all of the items, just what you can! You can use our work to fill in around other jobs or start on this project full time. We must have someone with a good attitude, high level of execution, experience, and strong work ethic. We offer a flexible schedule, cash pay, opportunity for creativity and problem solving, a good chance to build your resume - people on our street are always looking for good referrals for contractors.
PRIORITY GIVEN FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN START ASAP - Even part-time. But all are welcome to apply.
- Remove weird built-in lighting around home (it’s a strip in every room over each window)
- repair drywall
- build custom shelving
- repair broken cabinetry
- Install light fixtures
- Install new dry wall
- Craft/repair vents
-replace light switches
-cut/out remove half wall between living room and kitchen
- switch out vanity in bathroom
This is just a small list to get started, we have several other bigger projects that we can tackle as well.
