We are looking for an Apprentice Carpenter to join our award-winning design-build remodeling team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn residential remodeling while working alongside experienced Lead Carpenters and Project Managers.
Whether you’re just starting your career or have some construction experience and want to grow professionally, we’ll provide the mentoring, training, and support you need to build a successful future.
What You’ll Do
• Assist Lead Carpenters with residential remodeling projects
• Learn proper carpentry techniques and safe work practices
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Perform demolition, framing, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work as your skills develop
• Learn how to read plans and understand the remodeling process
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
• Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working with their hands and solving problems
• Is dependable and shows up ready to learn every day
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Works well as part of a team
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Has basic hand tools (or is willing to acquire them over time)
Experience in construction is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
