Open Positions:

- Foreman: Experienced leader with a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management. Must have the ability to manage, train, supervise team members and ensure quality work.
- Journeyman/Mechanic: Skilled electrician with hands-on experience in wiring, installations, and troubleshooting.
- JR Mechanic: Entry-level position for those with basic electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Helper/Apprentice: General support role assisting electricians with materials, tools, and site prep. Great opportunity to start a career in the electrical trade.
Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial electrical work (Specific experience requirements vary by role)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising crews of 5 to 20 personnel, with proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers regarding schedules, scope changes, and the management of materials and labor. (Foreman)
- Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams, bend conduit, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and low voltage cabling is required. (Foreman and Mechanic)
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Must provide documents establishing both Identity and Employment Authorization.
- Punctuality is essential; must arrive on time daily with appropriate hand tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
