We are a Northern Virginia-based company specializing in residential home warranty and property management service calls, and we are looking for reliable, experienced technicians to join our team on a 1099 or W2 basis. If you don't have Journeyman license, we can offer part time position as W2 employee.
Service Area: Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
Perform installations as needed.
Provide high-level, professional customer service to warranty clients and property managers.
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes.
Requirements:
Valid Plumbing Journeyman License.
Proven experience in residential service plumbing.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Must be insured.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Compensation: Commission-based pay based on experience and project scope.
