I live in a two level townhouse and my association requires me to do a bit of touch painting to a second floor window frame. There is a fine if I don't complete it within about a week. I have issues with my left leg and I can't do the job myself. I'm not sure if my ladder will reach the window.
I have the primer and paint.

Please give me a price and a timeframe and I'll choose the 'winner'. See photo.
