Looking to hire a full time remodeling/contracting helper.
Must be able to handle the following kinds of repairs and or willing to learn.
- Drywall repairs and installing (including all types of finishing)
- Tile
- Kitchen, bath, and basement remodels
- Exterior repairs
- All types carpentry
- Decks and fences both repair and new builds
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Windows and doors
- And most other general home repairs
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 or more years experience in home property maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to speak English & Spanish.
- Must not be afraid of ladders or heights.
- Be able to work independently and be proficient at getting things done in a timely way, without management.
- Honest, dependable, on time, and responsive.
- Must have own transportation
- Must have own hand tools, okay if you don't have a few things but should have most common bases covered.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
