We are seeking reliable induvial to join our restoration team as a Remediation Technician/Painter. The ideal candidate will assist with water extraction, drying, cleanup, and repair projects, as well as perform interior and exterior painting and light carpentry work. Certification is not required - we're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a good attitude and willingness to learn. Key responsibilities: Assist with water damage mitigation, extraction, and drying process, Setup and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc), Perform demolition and cleanup of affected materials. Complete patching, painting, and finishing work after remediation. Handle light carpentry, including drywall repair, trim, and door installations. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in water damage, painting or carpentry preferred. IICRC certification a Plus but not required. Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Dependable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation: Schedule is PART TIME vary based on workload, occasional weekends or evenings may be needed. Pay based on experience.
