We’re looking for skilled Carpenters / Deck Builders who take pride in their work and want to grow with a team that builds at a high level.

What You’ll Do
- Build custom decks, screened porches, and outdoor structures
- Work with a crew to execute projects from start to finish
- Read and follow plans and specifications
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What You Bring
- Experience in carpentry and/or deck building
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Solid attention to detail and workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
