Handyman / Carpenter $45 to $50 (DC Metro Area DC MD and VA)

One (1) Sub Contractor. We are not in need of a crew, only ONE individual Maintenance Handyman Carpenter.

This Sub Contractor must have their own Professional Work Truck or Van and they must be fully equipped to handle the following:

Light Plumbing
Light Electrical
Painting
Drywall
Rough Carpentry
Finished Carpentry
Tiling
Interior and Exterior improvements

You must have workman's Comp and Liability insurance. If you do not have the required insurance we can point to agents that will help you attain needed insurance.

Pay rate is for a 1099 sub @ $45 to $50 per hour with OVERTIME after your 40th hours.

You can work all you want Monday Thru Sundays if you wish as we have plenty of work.
