Experienced Tile & Grout Technician – Top Pay – Company Vehicle – No Weekends
The Grout Medic is a well-established, locally owned company based in Woodbridge, VA, proudly serving Northern Virginia and surrounding areas.
We specialize in restoring tile and grout — we bring grout and tile back to life!
We are currently looking for experienced Tile and/or Grout Technicians to join our growing team.

What We Offer (For the Right Candidate):
TOP PAY: $22–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience – references required for top pay)
FULL-TIME, STEADY WORK
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
NO weekends required (available if desired)
6 Paid Major Holidays after 90 days
1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year
Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
Company vehicle provided (must be licensed & insurable)
No need to use your own truck

Services We Provide:
Tile installation & replacement
Re-grouting (sanded & unsanded)
Re-caulking (silicone)
Grout cleaning & color sealing
Water damage repair behind tile
(Drywall repair not required, but experience is a plus)
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (NO exceptions – MVR checked)
Tile and/or grout experience required
Skilled with silicone caulk and grout applications
Detail-oriented, patient, and customer-focused
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to follow procedures and read work orders
Own a cell phone
Speak and read English
U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to submit to a background check
