Quickstar Logistics is seeking a reliable and highly detail-oriented Administrative Support team member to join our logistics office.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Use Excel for daily tracking and reporting
• Work in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Update logistics systems and portals
• Communicate with customers (email & text)
• Assist with dispatch and general office support
• Organize and maintain files
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of office experience required
• Logistics experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Fast learner with the ability to learn systems quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail is a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$25 per hour
