The Position:
$21/hour with guaranteed raises after 6 months
4 days per week (1 weekend day required)
10-hour shifts starting at 10:00 AM
Drive company-provided Amazon delivery vans
Average 250+ deliveries per day in Northern Virginia

Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Pass a 7 year background check
21+ years old with clean driving record
1+ year delivery/van driving experience preferred
Ability to read and understand delivery addresses and route instructions
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status
Follow verbal and written safety protocols
Coordinate with dispatch team using provided communication devices
Physically fit – lift up to 75 lbs, work in all weather
Available weekends (1 weekend day required)

DSP delivery drivers are employed by individual DSPs (not Amazon). Each DSP is independently responsible for the hiring, performance management, and termination of its employees. DSP employees' compensation is set by individual DSPs (not Amazon) and each DSP has complete discretion over the wages, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives it offers.
