Our company owns and operates several group homes and a day support in Leesburg and Sterling Virginia.
We are seeking a quaified bus/van driver to transport our individuals to and from our residences to our Day Support Center.
When not on transportation duties, other tasks include providing assistance support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Also, assistance with general mainteance of vehicles and facility.
Position requires:
Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
Must Be Punctual Daily
Valid Driver License with Clean Driving Record
Must Be Dependable
Patience, Compassion and Empathy for individuals with Special Needs
Ability to Follow Instructions and Adhere to Safety Protocols
Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work in Team Environment
Must Be Able to Lift up to 50lbs as needed
