Responsible and ethical hunter interested in leasing farmland, woods, overgrown fields, ponds, flooded woods, and swampland in Northern/Central/Western VA (Prince William, Loudoun, Rappahannock, Fauquier, or Culpeper) to hunt on. Minimum 5 acres to upwards of 250 acres. Willing to pay top dollar for the right piece of property and exclusive hunting rights. I'm interested in deer, turkey, waterfowl (ducks and geese), & bear.
