My name is: James C. Winsboro. I am an elderly, senior citizen, partially handicapped and partially disabled, living off of Social Security and S.S.I. (Supplemental Security Income). I desperately need financial help. All my money (300 million dollars) has been stolen from my bank account by criminals who "hacked-into" my bank account 36-times, using my VISA Debit Card information. The F.B.I. and Interpol (International Police) have been working hard to solve my case. But, it is taking forever, as I am just one of millions of people in the same situation. My credit score is zero, because I have always paid my debts and bills immediately with cash. So, I don't qualify for a loan, or credit card. This has been so horrendous that it gave me a massive heart attack and I spent 11-days in the Hospital. I have lost everything, including my million dollar home, which would have been paid off in 5 more years. I have been sleeping in my car for over a year and it is killing me. I need to buy a used, motorized RV to live in. I don't have enough money. So, I am turning to the public for help. I will try to pay off any amount of money I can get as soon as possible.
