Main duty - Office Manager - Mon - Fri 20 hrs / week to start & if you're the right candidate move up to 40 hrs/week w/in 60 days but can be flexible with hours & time off
Secondary duty - clean home / office
Starting pay between $19-$23 per hr depending on experience & what you bring to the table
10 paid Federal Holidays + bonuses once full time
Work at both my home / office & work from your home some days
Office duties include but are not limited to: answer phones, schedule appts, manage customer database & appointment schedules, write up & e-mail estimates/contracts. Fill out reports, payroll, accounting, maintain & grow our social media presence, weekly / monthly newsletters, filing paperwork, organizing company events, administrative support, etc
Periodically going to job sites for pictures/videos
Bonus if experience w/ Canva, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp
Other misc jobs if you're comfortable doing them - light/touch up painting, picking up, etc...
