We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with homeowners to design functional and beautiful kitchen spaces.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to discuss kitchen layout, design ideas, and project goals
• Create detailed kitchen designs using 2020 Design software
• Develop layout plans, cabinet configurations, and material selections
• Provide clear design presentations and revisions based on client feedback
• Coordinate with installers.
• Visit job sites and client homes to take measurements and review project progress
Requirements:
• Experience using 2020 Design Software (required)
• Prior experience in kitchen design or cabinetry design
• Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, cabinetry systems, and space planning
• Ability to take accurate field measurements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Travel Requirement:
This position requires travel to job sites and client homes throughout Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with contractors, builders, or remodeling companies
• Knowledge of cabinetry lines, hardware, and kitchen materials
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
