TOOLKRAFT (Montgomery Ward brand) radial arm saw. It was stored, covered, in a shed but it has still gotten a little rusty. The motor works, starts right up. Should clean up nicely with a little TLC.
  It needs to be set up with the two boards (see photo). I purchased it at a yard sale with every intention of using it but could not make the space for it. I was told when I bought it that a DELTA manual (or something similar, available online) could be used as a guide to set it up and get it square. I have checked and free manuals do exist.
It rolls, has wheels. Near Braddock Road Metro. You will need a van, pickup or station wagon to transport it.
