We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Laundry Mart Attendant to support daily operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility at all times
• Monitor washers, dryers, and overall equipment usage
• Keep floors, folding areas, and machines clean and organized
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Report any machine issues or maintenance needs
• Ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Follow all operational procedures and guidelines
• Process wash & fold orders
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong customer service skills required
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift laundry bags and supplies (light to moderate lifting)
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
This is a part time position for a Laundromat that is open 6am-10pm daily.
