Implement and execute Quality Control Inspections and training Programs for new and existing employees to positively impact customer satisfaction and the quality and consistency of team performance. Also, accountable for ensuring exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and supporting teams in the field. Territory to be in Washington, DC
Additional Duties:
* Directly supervise a team of 40 or more employees
* Train newly hired and existing employees on cleaning and safety procedures
* Conduct inspections of assigned properties to ensure quality; provide additional training if needed
* Respond to customer concerns and take appropriate actions to find resolutions
* Company vehicle and gas card provided
* Must have a safe driving record, background checks performed.
* Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Must be able to speak conversational Spanish.
* Prior experience in the janitorial industry is preferred.
