Estamos buscando un Handyman experimentado y confiable para unirse a nuestro equipo en JB General Contractors LLC. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en trabajos de mantenimiento y reparación de propiedades, y estará dispuesto a trabajar en una variedad de proyectos residenciales y comerciales.
*Responsabilidades:*
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento y reparación en propiedades, incluyendo:
- Carpintería y roofing
- Plomería y electricidad
- Pintura y acabados
- Limpieza y organización de espacios
- Transportar herramientas y materiales al sitio de trabajo
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia en el trabajo
*Requisitos:*
- Experiencia previa como Handyman o en trabajos similares (mínimo 1 años)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar LUNES A VIERNES
- Transporte propio y licencia de conducir válida
- Herramientas básicas de carpintería, plomería y electricidad (opcional, pero preferible)
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados y trabajar en alturas
- Excelente actitud y disposición para aprender y trabajar en equipo
*Compensación:*
- $20-$27 por hora, dependiendo de la experiencia

*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team at JB General Contractors LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work on properties, and will be willing to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
*Responsibilities:*
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on properties, including:
- Carpentry and roofing
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Painting and finishing
- Cleaning and organizing spaces
- Transport tools and materials to the work site
- Work closely with the team to ensure quality and efficiency in the work
*Requirements:*
- Prior experience as a Handyman or in similar work (minimum 1 years)
- Availability to work MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- Own transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic tools for carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work (optional, but preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn and work as a team
