We are looking for hardworking individuals interested in building a career in construction.
No masonry experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What we cannot teach is reliability, work ethic, and the willingness to show up every day ready to work.
Before applying, understand that this is real construction work. You’ll be working outdoors in the heat, cold, dust, and weather. You’ll be lifting materials, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and spending the day on your feet. Some days are physically demanding. That’s the job.
If you’re looking for a career and are willing to learn, we’ll invest in you. If you’re looking to “see if construction is for you” for a week or two, this probably isn’t the right fit.
What We’re Looking For:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Dependable transportation
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs
* Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
* Good attendance and punctuality
* Desire to learn a skilled trade
* Ability to follow directions and work safely
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting masons and skilled tradespeople
* Material handling and site cleanup
* Mixing mortar and grout
* Demolition and surface preparation
* Scaffold setup and teardown
* Operating hand and power tools
* Learning masonry restoration and construction techniques
What Makes Someone Successful Here:
We’re a small team. We value reliability, initiative, and professionalism more than experience. If you show up every day, work hard, ask questions, and take pride in your work, you’ll do well here.
The people who succeed in construction aren’t always the strongest or most experienced—they’re the ones who keep showing up, keep learning, and don’t quit when the work gets difficult.
Pay: Based on experience and attitude.

We’re looking for people who want an opportunity, not just a paycheck. If you’re serious about learning a trade and building a future, we’d like to hear from you.
