Building Maintenance Technician required for Property Management Company located in downtown Washington, D.C.
Monday - Friday daytime shift with rotating weekend and emergency on-call hours. Some previous maintenance and/or HVAC/ plumbing experience is necessary, but on-the-job training is available. Ability to prioritize jobs and some English language skills are a must.
