We're three professionals in our 20s and early 30s looking for a respectful, lgbt+ friendly housemate. We're relatively quiet and tend to stick to ourselves but are open to new friendships if that's something you may be interested in.
The 4BR/2.5BA house itself is on a tree-lined street about 15 minutes walking from both the green-line (Howard-Shaw) and red-line (NOMA) stations.
The house features a shared living room, a kitchen with newly added appliances, and a new washing machine and dryer conveniently located in the downstairs hallway.
The downstairs .5 bathroom is mostly shared by the downstairs housemates, while the upstairs bathroom and shower is shared by all. The landlord and her maintenance crew regularly make improvements to the house and are responsive to their tenants.
