Walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and more! Near the intersection of 14th St NW and Quincy St NW, super close to the 14th and 16th St bus lines and neighborhood favorites like Red Derby, Lyman’s, Little Coco’s, Taqueria Habanero and Rue Cafe. We’re also within ~0.5 miles of both the Columbia Heights and Petworth metro stops.
THE HOUSE:
A classic 3-bedroom, 1 bath rowhome with original woodwork and hardwood floors throughout. The common areas are completely furnished, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and brand-new gas range. Washer and dryer are in the basement, along with plenty of extra storage space and a home gym. We also have a lovely private rear patio and front porch with room to garden. The landlord/owner is friendly and responsive.
ABOUT US:
You would be joining two women in their mid 20s and early 30s. We are hoping to find another housemate interested in keeping a calm and tidy home!
