There is a queen size bed and a ton of daylight. The Brick House is a well-known landmark historic Riverdale Park, just 11 minutes by MARC train to Capitol Hill's Union Station. Enjoy a spacious front porch perfect for watching life go by.

The on-site coin-operated laundry is a few doors away. Free FiOS WiFi, and all utilities are included. This is a quiet building in a park-like setting. Tenants have included Ross University School of Medicine students, medical doctors, UMD grad students, university professors, Capitol Hill and area professionals at federal agencies including FEMA, USDA, FDA, NOAA, NASA, NSA, and the FBI.
