Its a 3br house. One room will be my bedroom. A second will be my office/guest room
Up for offer is the 3rd and smallest room in the front corner of the hosue. It has Two windows, Buy no closet.
Since its a small room with no storage im including an unfinished storage space under my enclosed porch. Its the size of a small self storage unit. Perfect for out of season clothes or camping gear etc. Anything you dont want to throw away but dont need in your room lol.
We would share a kitchen and bathroom, dinning nook and laundry machines. If you want to bbq or set up a fire pit you can use the front yard.
The back living and dining room would be my space. As would the back yard. Im single but date and I plan on entertaining friends a from time to time. I may invite you to things like dinner parties or game night buy we will play that by ear. If we end up getting along we can talk about you paying slightly more to have equal use of the rest of the house and back yard.
I do have a dog and a cat. My cat is a bully and would be best if you didnt have a cat. Dogs would he considered on a case by case bases but probably not. Room will be available by the start of November
