Ideal tenants are independent, easygoing, and able to coexist without unnecessary drama or conflict. We appreciate roommates who mind their own business while still being friendly and considerate. We are looking for a female roommate but are open to having a male roommate we would just have to consider. but this is a 2 women household so preferably looking for a women.
