Available late August. Professional group house with a clean and fully furnished room, private bathroom. 4 mins walk to Forest Glen Metro. Very clean, organized and quiet. Plenty of parking in a great quiet neighborhood. We only allow cats(extra 30$ monthly) , there’s a desk for work from home, bed frame, chair, dresser, night stand and etc. Internet is fast and the house is well updated with many safety and security systems. All doors have a personal 4 digit PIN number to enter. Well organized, comfortable kitchen, TV with Netflicksbin the living room and an extra large deck to relax in during the summer. Utilities are for water, gas and electric split amount the house mates( roughly 65$ - 70$)
