This car has many options that you wouldn’t normally find in CR-Vs of this generation such as:
- Leather seats
- Navigation + backup camera
- Heated seats
- Dual Zone climate control
- Sunroof
- Power windows and locks
- heated power door mirrors
Everything works on this car flawlessly, and it is mechanically pristine. No rattles or weird noises, and as far as I can tell, there’s no noticable leaks underneath the car either.
Pros:

- Clean title in hand
- No accident
- Extremely well-maintained
- Tons of options with all working features
- Cold AC
- Non smoker and no odors in the car
- Up to date VA state safety inspection
- 3 keys
- Original window sticker and owner’s manual
Cons:
- TPMS light on, it’s been a few years since this light has been on but never got a chance to fix it. Believe it is one or two of the tpms sensors that are not functional. All tires are in great condition with a lot of tread life left.
- Fadings in window trim
This car is overall extremely clean, and has been owned by my friend who meticulously takes care of his vehicles. He has since bought a new SUV and decided to sell this. I guarantee you that you will NOT find a cleaner CRV both physically and mechanically. As long as you keep up with fluid exchanges in the coming years, this car has a lot of life left.
