Looking for someone for at least one year but also flexible for shorter term.
parking in the driveway or the street, Christian home looking to share with another Christian men.
-room can come semi furnished like in the picture ( with or without a bed, end table, dresser) or without
-located on route 50 W. 3 miles past fair Oaks Mall, and 1 mile from the intersection of Route 50 and Route 28.
-flexible to meet we can do a FaceTime or whatsapp video call or in person 1st
Oct 1st move-in.
-smoke-free house, great neighborhood to bike or walk around close to the Herndon border
-Utilities are shared and split, Internet, electric gas, and water comes out once a quarter, utilities, run about $80 bucks a month approximately then higher when the water bill comes out every 3 months
-Shared bathroom, everyone rotates weekly to help out
-Shared kitchen, with community lots and pans and space with washer and dryer on 1st level.
-Good size room 12 x 12, with full closet newly painted carpets cleaned.
-the room faces the north so you have good light
-very quiet house, Close by to some great churches, and shopping centers and 15-20 minutes from orange line Vienna metro.
-everyone is very active in their faith, home has been rented on and off to many men over the years.
-Shared living Room
-shared pots and pans, dishes, etc.
