I own the house so not selling it, just looking to rent the room to another guy. Private large bedroom with its own full bathroom. Full kitchen use. I'm rarely in there. Long term or short term. I'm an older guy, but easy going, basically quiet low key place, and rarely home as i'm working in DC daily and away weekends at girlfriend's.
