Mid-term rental at $300/wk, all utils included, large bedroom in walkout basement w full bath, kitchenette & laundry in 4,500 sq/ft house in Woodbridge, VA off Minnieville Rd. Move in with $300+500 sec dep.
This is a huge unlisted fully furnished Airbnb room, 20x20 w 2 queen beds, (one is a Murphy-bed; folds up for more room when needed) a full-bed size futon, coffee table, desk & chair for computer work, 2 closets on each side of dresser/TV (see pics) for hanging w shelves, full dresser, 62" Samsung Plasma w Roku, broadband FiOS WiFi & direct ethernet cable hookup, kitchenette, Samsung front-loading washer & dryer, all fully furnished incl new dishes & utensils, 4-chair kitchen table w table cloth, place mats, napkins and center pieces all matching the nautical, beach-house decor, microwave & large air fryer/convection oven, matching towels, sheets, comforters and bedcovers, all utils included, new rear double-French doors both open to move anything bigger than a normal door in or out the back.
High-speed Samsung washer and dryer set is right by the glass stovetop and kitchen sink; 3rd floor has their own, so no issues re waiting for laundry to be free. Security system cams, 2-car garage with large driveway, always plenty of street parking in this quiet suburban neighborhood.
You'll have keys to the front door, rear french doors, and to your bedroom. Ground/bottom floor partly underground is roughly 1500sq/f, whole house is 4,500 sq/ft. Full bath is right outside your bedroom door, with access to a half bath at top of stairs, & two other full baths on the next floor up. (I keep to myself in my room when home, usually on the road running a small biz throughout the tri-state area, so you'll rarely see me.) New tankless water heater so we never run out of hot water!
Two central air/heat units and being partly submerged keeps it naturally cooler in summer and warm in winter. Plenty of free parking with a big yard & rear deck bordering woods to enjoy the sun and wildlife; deer, fox, lots of birds, etc. We're all late 20s to 40s with differing sleep/work schedules, so cleanliness and quiet is a must. What could be your room is on the SE corner, with a full bath between the only 2 lower bedrooms, so TV volume is never an issue. There is a glass 4-burner stovetop and a big deep kitchen sink w removable spray nozzle & disposal. Kitchenette has a convection-air fryer and microwave oven, pretty big, (convection oven can fit large DiJorno pizza for example) so as long as you're not running a bakery on the side, cooking needs are well met.
Haven't listed on any Airbnb-type platforms yet due to HOA, so looking for longer-term monthly stays; ie. 3-6-12 mo leases at $300/wk, w just a $500 security deposit. While this rate makes it easier to move in with less than the usual first & last mo & sec dep down, please be sure you can demonstrate that you can afford the monthly rate it equals to. We do offer the freedom of specific weekly needs however, ie if you need it for a number of weeks that isn't divisible by 4, that's ok. Or if you want to just commit to 3 mos and leave it open after that, that's ok too.

(This is for 1 person. 2nd queen [Murphy bed] is currently folded up to make more room, and can be used for guests on occasion, but rental itself is for one person only.)
