Plenty of space to garden. One dog 🐕lives here now (older golden retriever) but we are open to the right pup if you have one. BIPOC, queers, and straights welcome. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️. Life is quiet here but also just a few blocks from DC line and a quick drive down RI Ave to Logan Circle. And we are just a few blocks to hiking and🚴🚵♀️ biking trails... great option for bike commuters. The house has plenty of storage space. Other selling points... guest bath on main floor, big kitchen, 3 living rooms, piano, firepit 🔥. Friendly place - public interest folx and mixologists encouraged to apply.
