I’m in my late 30s, currently transitioning careers after several years in federal and international development work. I’m clean, considerate, and value a calm and respectful home environment. I enjoy pickleball, cultural events, and exploring DC’s local spots. I don’t smoke or use drugs.

6-month lease (option to extend up to 1 year)

50% of rent required as security deposit, first month’s rent due at signing
