The condo and the room come fully furnished. The room has a desk and chair and tons of closet space and has a full en-suite bathroom. The living area is very large and includes a private roofdeck in the front and a balcony in the back! We also have a 65 inch tv with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. for all those movie nights and lazy days.
About the roommates: We're young professionals. We both work during the week and like to have fun on the weekends. We go out with friends, explore the city, travel occasionally, etc. We occasionally have small gatherings at the house or go to our friends' places. We'd love to have someone that shares these interests.
The house is only a few blocks from Union Market and H Street NE, so very conveniently located near all of the cafes, restaurants, bars, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, gyms and fitness studios, etc. There's also a farmers market every weekend. It is a vibrant area with lots of young professionals and families.
Price is $1550 a month
This includes ALL utilities, Verioz Fios WiFi and fully furnished
Parking in the back is available and permit for residential street parking can be arranged if needed. But you do not need a car at all.
